What does "from £49" mean?
The starting price depends on your call volume and requirements. We'll give you an exact quote after a short discovery call — most small businesses land at or very close to the starting price.
Are there any setup fees?
No. Configuration, AI training, and onboarding are all included in your monthly plan. You pay nothing extra to get live — we handle everything.
What if I go over my call allowance?
We'll let you know before you hit your limit. You can upgrade your plan or pay a small per-call fee for overages — agreed upfront so there are never any surprises.
Is there a minimum contract?
No lock-in. Plans are rolling monthly — cancel any time with 30 days' notice. We're confident you'll stay because it works, not because you're tied in.
