- Your answers to the qualifying questions (call type, business type, call volume)
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. We do not collect any data passively from visitors who do not submit the form.
2. How we use your data
We use your data solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry about Callbot's services
- Arrange a discovery call if you request one
- Send you information about Callbot that is directly relevant to your enquiry
We will not use your data for unrelated marketing, and we will not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries submitted through our website. By submitting the form, you are actively requesting a response from us.

Enquiries are delivered directly to our inbox at info@callbot.co.uk and stored within our email system. We do not store your data in any separate database.
We retain enquiry data for up to 2 years, after which it is deleted. If a business relationship is established, we may retain relevant records for longer as required by law.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you book a call via our Calendly link, your data is also subject to Calendly's privacy policy. We have no control over data you submit directly to Calendly.
